terms of service

by commissioning me or owning any of my designs you automatically agree to my tos and will follow it. i have the right to revoke designs and blacklist you if you break it. my friends blacklists apply to mineCOMMISIONS AND ART TOS- if you commission me you must send full payment after the sketch or i will not finish
- if you are on my blacklist you cannot use my art at all and will proceed to delete any art ive made for you
- do not use my art for pfps unless its for my comic or its fandom related. you can not use art my characters (aside from my comic) whatsoever. if the art is made for you, feel free to make it your pfp!
- dont trace or heavy reference my art
- when putting my art anywhere always make sure you give creditDESIGNS TOS- do not resell my designs for more than you bought them unless they have extra art. you may gift them as long as you tell me who they would be going to beforehand
- please do not colorpick, reference, or take heavy inpso from my designs
- let me know if you get rid of a design and who they would be going to before you give my designs to anyone else
- i am fine with co-owning, just lmk who youre co-owning with
- do not use any of my designs in nsfw situation or make them anything weird like pedos, groomers, ect... you can make them villians js not villians in that sort of way

shading is free, just let me know if you want it added or not otherwise ill shade or not shade it without your sayextra characters in one image are half the price of just one! (this does not count with customs) example: 2 character still fulls would be $22.50 total!! 15 + 15/2 = $22.50
